In Federico Zampaglione’s latest supernatural thriller, The Well, evil is explored in ways previously uncharted. The movie features Lauren LaVera, who also stars in Terrifier 2, as she finds herself once again in a gruesome fight for survival.
The highly anticipated North American debut of The Well will take place on October 12th at Screamfest LA. This comes after its initial showcase at the Sitges Film Festival, where it made its debut to a global audience. Following its premiere in Sitges, The Well will make its way to Los Angeles for its second showing. The Well, will be featured at Screamfest on Thursday, October 12 at 9:00 PM PST in Screen 4 at the TCL Chinese Theatre.

Lauren LaVera (Terrifier 2) stars in The Well as Lisa Gray, an aspiring art restorer who embarks on a journey to a quaint Italian town to restore a medieval painting to its original condition. Little does she know, she is in grave danger from a malevolent curse and a creature born from agonizing torment and ancient lore.
Claudia Gerini (known for her roles in Diabolik, Love and Bullets, and John Wick: Chapter 2), Giovanni Lombardo Radice (famous for City of the Living Dead), Taylor Zaudtke (featured in Sadistic Intentions), Linda Zampaglione (cast in Time Is Up), Jonathan Dylan King (known for From Scratch), Lorenzo Renzi (featured in Romanzo Criminale), Gianluigi Calvani (famous for his role in The New Pope), Yassine Fadel (featured in FBI: International), Melanie Gaydos, Stefano Martinelli, and new face Courage Oviawe all star alongside LaVera in this production.
Produced by Iperuranio Film, The Well is a film directed by Federico Zampaglione, who has previously directed Shadow, Tulpa: Demon of Desire, and Morrison. The screenplay was written by both Zampaglione and Stefano Masi, who is also a producer of the film.
