The release of the highly anticipated sequel to SAW XI has been delayed by a whole year.
Mark your calendars for September 26, 2025, as that is when Jigsaw’s deadly games are set to resume once again.
The highly skilled director, Kevin Greutert, who helmed the film Saw X, will once again take the reins for the highly anticipated Saw XI! Greutert’s impressive resume includes directing Saw VI in 2009 and Saw: The Final Chapter in 2010, as well as the horror films Jessabelle in 2014 and Jackals more recently in 2017. Additionally, he showcased his editing expertise in Saw I through V and Jigsaw.
It was revealed towards the end of last year that the screenwriters of “Saw X,” Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfinger, will not be returning to pen the screenplay for “Saw XI.”
The decision to shift the release date for “Saw XI” is a logical one, considering that the project is still in the development phase.
Now accessible on various video-on-demand platforms, as well as in 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD formats, Saw X has concluded its global theatrical release with a remarkable box office total of $111.8 million.
