This morning, Entertainment Weekly unveiled a fresh image from the movie Nosferatu, providing us with an initial glimpse of Professor Albin Eberhart Von Franz, portrayed by the talented Willem Dafoe.
According to Eggers, the character is depicted as someone who possesses a fervent passion for hunting vampires, bordering on insanity.
Focus Features has scheduled the release of “Nosferatu” in theaters, just in time for Christmas, On December 25, 2024.
The upcoming film “Nosferatu” will feature an impressive cast including Willem Dafoe, Bill Skarsgård, Nicholas Hoult, Emma Corrin, and Lily-Rose Depp. Skarsgård will take on the iconic role of Nosferatu/Count Orlok in this highly anticipated movie.
In addition to the aforementioned information, it has come to our attention that the cast of the film also features Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Kraven the Hunter, Simon McBurney from The Conjuring 2, and Ralph Ineson from The Witch. The script for the film is written and directed by Eggers, known for his work on “The Witch” and “The Northman.”
In addition to his directorial duties, Eggers also takes on the role of producer, alongside Chris Columbus, Eleanor Columbus, Jeff Robinov, and John Graham.
Universal Pictures International is responsible for the international distribution of Focus, while its distribution in the U.S. is being handled domestically.
