Interesting news coming today as we are hearing rumblings of a sequel to the fan favorite film I Am Legend, I remember it coming out rather my Junior or Senior year of high school and it was highly anticipated and possibly opened up against Cloverfield if I remember correctly.
Fast forward to 2022, and a sequel seems like it is moving forward which makes sense nowadays, with how nostalgic movie goers are, sequels that are taking place 15 years later and getting the gang back sounds perfect, also you cannot go wrong with adding the great actor Michael B. Jordan.
I am Legend was directed by Francis Lawrence who also went on to work on The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, I wasn’t too big personally on I am Legend but I am looking forward to what the dystopian world will look like now with more polished CGI. For those wondering it was also adapted two other times on the big screen as ‘The Last Man on Earth’ with Vincent Price and ‘ I am Omega’ with Charlton Heston(which happens to be my personal favorite of the adaptation of the book).
Little is known about the plot but we will keep you updated on information when we get it!
