In the upcoming horror film Tarot from Screen Gems, a group of friends, in a reckless act, defies the sacred rule of Tarot readings by using someone else’s deck. Little do they know, this action unleashes an indescribable malevolence that was imprisoned within the cursed cards. Each member of the group finds themselves confronted with their own destiny, as they desperately strive to outrun the impending doom predicted in their readings. It becomes a race against time, as they fight to escape the harrowing future that awaits them.
Although it may appear to be a typical teenage horror film, the concept of this movie holds the potential for an entertaining variety of supernatural beings, many of which are briefly shown in the initial trailer.
