Scheduled for release on September 29th, the upcoming Saw X is the latest addition to the franchise that was preceded by the original Saw movie.
This week, Rotten Tomatoes has released a new image from the movie. Shawnee Smith, who played Amanda Young in previous installations of the Saw franchise, is set to reprise her role in the upcoming Saw X movie.
In addition to Jigsaw, she will also take on the pig mask once again, as shown in a new image released as part of the site’s Fall Preview. Keep an eye out for upcoming releases from Saw X, as there is more to come very soon.
Included in the cast of Saw X are Renata Vaca, who starred in “Midnight Family,” Paulette Hernandez, known for her role in “Crown of Tears,” Joshua Okamoto from “Control-Z,” Octavio Hinojosa, director of “Come Play With Me,” Synnøve Macody Lund of “Ragnarok,” Steven Brand, who appeared in “The Sandman,” and Michael Beach, known for his performance in “Dahmer.
The director of Saw X, a staple of the franchise, was Kevin Greutert.
