[Trailer] The V/H/S Franchise Take a Trip Back in Time to The 1980s With “V/H/S/85”

This time around, Shudder, Studio71, Cinepocalypse, and Bloody Disgusting are taking a trip back in time to the 1980s with their latest project, V/H/S/85.

The film is set to have its World Premiere at Fantastic Fest, located in Austin, Texas, from September 21 to 28. Following the premiere, viewers can exclusively stream V/H/S/85 on Shudder starting on October 6, 2023.

The V/H/S franchise continues to expand with the addition of V/H/S/85, joining a collection of several films such as V/H/S, V/H/S/2, V/H/S: Viral, V/H/S/94, V/H/S/99, and the spinoff movie SiREN.

The creative team behind the production of V/H/S/85 consists of several notable figures in the film industry. Cinepocalypse’s Josh Goldbloom and Bloody Disgusting’s Brad Miska are among the producers. Additionally, the filmmaking collective Radio Silence, comprised of Chad Villella, Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, and Tyler Gillett, who have previously worked on projects like Ready or Not and Scream, as well as David Bruckner, known for his directorial work on V/H/S, The Night House, and the upcoming Hellraiser film, are also part of the production team. Finally, James Harris also contributes to the project as a producer.

The production of V/H/S/85 is backed by executive producers Michael Schreiber and Adam Boorstin, both of whom represent Studio71.
